Samsung sorgt für Nachschub bei den CMOS-Bildsensoren für Webkameras. Die beiden HD-Sensoren S5K6A1 (1,3 Megapixel) und 2,1Megapixel (S5K5B3) sollen vor allem in Notebooks zum Einsatz kommen.

3.5 bzw 4.5mm Bauhöhe oder Diagonale?
Fast einen halben cm Bauhöhe wär doch ein wenig viel...

in a z-height less than 4.5mm. Samsung's new S5K6A1 image sensor has been designed for camera modules with 720p HD at 30fps capability in a z-height less than 3.5mm
