Viele Nutzerberichte: Software-Update macht beliebtes Samsung Galaxy-Smartphone unbenutzbar, Kunden bleiben auf hohen Kosten sitzen

Nutzerberichten zufolge sorgt ein Update für massive Probleme mit einem Smartphone von Samsung. Dabei soll Samsung Kunden für dieses offenbar auf Software-Probleme zurückzuführende Problem zumindest in einigen Fällen zur Kasse gebeten haben.

Bei einem Kollegen war das A52 5G nach einem Update defekt. Das Display fing zu flackern an und zeigte dann gar nichts mehr an. Das Gerät ist nun nicht mehr benutzbar, der Bildschirm bleibt schwarz.

Also es sind ja dann völlig unterschiedliche Szenarien und das Monate nach dem Update. Es handelt sich offenbar um keinen reproduzier- und identifizierbaren Fehler. Und es betrifft nur wenige User. Aber das Update soll Schuld sein.

Also ob es Wenige oder Mehr betrifft, erst braucht Samsung ewig für größere Updates und dann sind sie auch noch teilweise fehlerhaft, ich hab ein S23 plus und bis jetzt wenig Probleme damit. Hatte bis jetzt 3 Oneplus und jetzt auch noch ein Nothingphone und absolut nie ein Problem. Für Samsung ein Armutszeugnis und das für diese hohen Preise, nicht Maße sondern Klasse müsste eigentlich die Strategie sein.

Dann schaut mal im Netz nach Problemen nach dem Oktober update vom flip 4 mal nach. Beim zuklappen schaltet es aus und kann erst durch ein ladekabel wieder zum Leben erweckt werden. Ein klapphandy das man nicht klappen kann. Auch dort wird eine teure Reparatur angeboten. Nächste Handy definitiv kein Samsung mehr. Punkt

deswegen bin ich froh dass mein Handy (Galaxy Fold 2) keine Updates mehr bekommt :)

Habe auf meinem S22 Ultra Probleme seit dem Update. Wenn ich Wlan aktiviere geht mein Handy in eine Bootloop und wird unglaublich heiß. Ich bin irgendwann reingekommen und konnte Wlan deaktivieren und muss das gerät seitdem ohne Wlan verwenden da bei manchen die Bootloop dazu führte dass das Handy komplett überhitzt und innere Komponenten kaputt gehen.

Ja, ich besitze solch ein Gerät. S22 Ultra. Direkt nach einem Update Ende August habe ich mit Bootloops zu kämpfen.(leider kurz nach Ende der Garantiezeit) Der Rekord lag bei ca. 6 Stunden durchgehend. Min. Eine Halbe Stunde. Aber immer mehrmals am Tag, und es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, bei welchen Situationen, Apps oder Eingaben...
Ich habe schon manche Tipps aus dem Internet versucht.(Cache wipe aus dem Bootmenü, factory reset...WLAN aus... usw. usw.)
Nichts hat funktioniert.
Ich hoffe, nach, wie vor, auf ein Update, welches das Problem behebt.

I purchased the S22 Ultra shortly after it became available.

For the first week or so, the bulk of my disappointment with the phone was pretty much limited to the low performance camera and battery.

Less than a month in though, things started getting worse:
• Overheated
• Camera occasionally just wouldn't work at all
• Difficult time connecting and maintaining a connection to WiFi
• When WiFi was unstable or unavailable, my partners A32 and my young daughters $50 Motorola functioned properly, while my $1.2k phone was oftentimes absolutely unusable
• Apps stopped working. I had to constantly uninstall and reinstall android system web view (which isn't As simple as it sounds) just to use any non Samsung app
• Lots of texts weren't coming through until several days after they were sent
• More and more frequently, my phone was unable to call or text when I wasn't logged into my home WiFi

With that in mind, my experience is that the phone is crap, but it's not because of any update.

All of this, paired with the fact that Samsung hasn't even acknowledged the problem, motivated my decision to purchase my first iPhone. Which, I can't say I enjoy just yet, but  at least it actually works.
