They are way more energy efficient for the performance they deliver, compared to AMD. Lunar Lake offers very low temperatures with record battery life, and their iGPU is almost on par with AMD. It's better than the AMDs in some titles and worse in others, however when compared to the power consumption, the Intel delivers most performance per watt.
