Teclast M50 Mini lands globally as unusual new compact tablet

Teclast has finally decided to offer its M50 Mini tablet globally. However, its international release comes with some oddities, like an LTE variant that is less powerful than its Wi-Fi-only variant.

For reference, the compact panel has an 800 x 1,340-pixel resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio.

I guess the transition from 16:10 to 16:9 on laptops has made you completely forgot what was the most common resolution used on them...

Disappointing on soc616 and screen res indeed! The best mini remains Alldocube Iplay 60 mini pro then!
Why questioning the mini market? These Phablets are pocketable useable as a regular tablet for web browsing, reader ,streaming movies making/taking calls on the go with a network sim and this under $200!

I am about to get this tablet/phablet, here in Greece. Please specify if I will be able to use it as  a cellphone also, making calls, etc, since it has a sim card, which I plan to use. I mean I am going to remove the sim from my current cell phone, and use it in this one instead. Waitinga for your comments asap.
