Garmin smartwatches get Strength Coach in new stable update

Garmin is rolling out a new stable update, version 12.10, for two of its smartwatch models. This software adds the recently released Garmin Strength coach to the wearables, as well as improvements relating to the pool swim activity. The update was announced on the brand's forum, where it provided details about the phased rollout.
