Judge blocks Tesla’s attempt to throw ‘phantom braking’ lawsuit out of court

A US judge has ruled Tesla must face a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging it failed to inform would-be buyers that its cars could brake automatically - without an apparent collision risk. The Elon Musk-owned company did manage to get a few parts removed from the case, though.
