Anbernic may still be working to deliver the long-rumoured Win701 gaming handheld. Based on new evidence, it seems that Anbernic has taken a leaf out of Asus' book not just in terms of the Win701's design but also its AMD Ryzen 7 8840U chipset choice.

"Radeon 780M will remain powerful enough to play pretty much anything on a 7-inch and 1080p display."

Gosh, if you are a AMD Fanboi - you'd have to LOVE the optimism that NBC and other media outlets have for weak & underpowered handheld chip sets and their iGPU's!!!

Sure, yes. Just about 'anything' can 'run' on these handhelds.

After all it comes down to how each potential user defines "playable" and what "settings" might need to be used to obtain it.

Forgetting for the moment that <= 720P with LOWEST settings and a peak of 30FPS is "perfectly acceptable" to some folks.

I think saying that it can run pretty much anything is a stretch at best, and without further elaboration it is straight up misleading to the readers who are not familiar with this chip or windows handhelds gaming scene...
