The Lenovo Kaitan X1 has made its debut in China as a new thin and light laptop. What's rather interesting about the device is that it packs the domestically-produced Zhaoxin KX-6000G CPU instead of an AMD or Intel processor.

interesting.... didn't Lenovo say X1 naming is reserved for Intel machines, hence ugly Z for amd!?

That's correct but it applies only for ThinkPads. This here is not a ThinkPad.
