Tesla rival BYD to enter South Korean passenger car market next year

While Chinese automaker BYD has been present in South Korea since 2016, the local portfolio only consisted of commercial vehicles. Now, they have just confirmed that the brand will also provide passenger cars such as the midsize EV sedan Seal and electric Atto 3 compact SUV, competing with popular models from Tesla and Hyundai.
