New update for PSP emulator PPSSPP boosts in-game performance and improves UI

PPSSPP has been updated to version 1.18, and this new update brings a handful of changes. Better in-game performance is the main highlight, but the updated PSP emulator also improves the UI and fixes many issues.

Though I might have not tested the new updated PSP Emulator, but it would have also been good as well as having or applying new games for the emulator.
