One-Netbook has recently opened pre-orders for OneXFly F1 Pro, and it's the first of its kind with the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. The company has now shown off the gaming handheld's capabilities by running Red Dead Redemption at just 10W TDP.

Score is really good but don't forget that it's RDR1 not RDR2, even the old GTX 660 can run this game at 1080p max settings (around 40fps).
Anyway I'll pass on this OneXFly, battery size (48.5Wh) is why it runs at low TDP.

I'm waiting for NVIDIA-based ARM handhelds such as Switch 2 for better battery life and sleep mode.

Ditto.

ROTFLMAO!!! Good Grief the 'press' sure likes to talk up the iGPU's in various products.

Do they even HEAR themselves?

On the ONE HAND a RTX4060 with a MERE 8GB of VRAM ought NEVER be considered as it is both WEAK and LIMITING while even a VERY AGED GTX1060 can run CIRCLES AROUND current iGPU's the press keeps piling on PRAISE on them!!!

Then there is the comical & outlandish pre-release 'PS5-Pro' equivalent performance specifications and just about ANYONE but Fanboi's can see the 'press' making stuff up.

"much better performance" stated in the article is an interesting quantification and anyways a bit of a stretch...

Think I've given up on this idea. Nintendo seems to be delaying switch 2 release so far that by the time it launches, will it even be competitive?

As for why Nvidia themselves don't build one. It wouldn't surprise me if under console contract ndas with Nintendo they're not allowed to release a chip for portable pc market at least until until a certain period of time.

Even if they did. Handheld windows OS still seems a mess. Don't think valve is interested in working steamOS with tegra anytime soon.

Nvidia seems more interested in launching a SoC for AI laptops first. Probably due to higher cost / bigger margins? But they seem to be taking their sweet time. Maybe they just trying to get it really tight first time.

But they announced that mediatek geforce Chromebook initiative years back and since then haven't heard anything like it's gone vaporware. So not exactly holding my breath anymore for anything until I physically see it.

I agree with your overall sentiment tho. Most of these current x86 handhelds simply suck from a performance per watt standpoint and just not worth it. :/
