With their AirPod-like stems, OnePlus' new Buds Pro 3 look a lot like their predecessors; however, the newer models are rated for as much as "twice the background voice suppression" in comparison thanks to their updated, real-time adaptive ANC. They also come in a new case touted to have the edge in terms of ergonomics and durability - not to mention support for wireless charging.
