According to a recent report from The Elec, Apple's upcoming iPhone SE 4 is set to sport an OLED display that will be similar to that of the iPhone 13 or 14. This rumored 6.06-inch OLED panel will be a major upgrade for the next-generation iPhone SE, along with a 48 MP rear camera, FaceID, and inclusion of the 'Action Button'.

First of all look at Apple's homepage where it is written that iPhone SE is a compact phone so that means it stays compact 4.7 inch screen phone because with that screen size phone is not too large and I myself would prefer compact phone and not large screen phone because I am male and I don't have very large jeans pockets.
Apple already has iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 pro that is with 6 inch screen...
