This is funny Robert, what the hell is Lenovo's "support"?
Since 2010, Lenovo has not corrected its idiotic PowerManager, which spoiled the normal operation of Quick Launch (due to their crooked software, all QL settings are lost) in W7-W10. What kind of support can we talk about after this?
Or, for example, the S340 2019 series with support supposedly until 2025. In reality, even after escalating a request to support during the warranty period, they did not even respond, nor even to fix the BIOS, with the obvious error of being unable to prevent the laptop from waking up on any keyboard key (except for a certain key combinations, as should be normal) from S3(STR) mode.
And editors - stop allowing review authors to write false support for HDMI 2.1 - you are simply deceiving readers, because... 99.9% believe in marketing lies, where 100% of sites write about 48Gbps, without explicitly testing the functionality of the FRL6 transmission mode with the appropriate equipment. Your reviews look completely amateurish in terms of testing the real capabilities of the ports, and these are the key things in a laptop.
Otherwise, a completely overrated laptop with a cheap DGPU and a 1.5 year outdated SoC and an ordinary ram size (especially since it is soldered)/ssd for 2024 in the professional segment (almost everyone who actually works on a laptop, especially developers, now immediately install 64GB, because 32GB is already often full). If there is a demand (if someone wants to spoil their eyesight with a flickering and glare AMOLED - and if an external monitor - where is the promised support for DP2.0+/UHBR20 and HDMI 2.1/FR6?), then only after a "discount" of 40-45 %, not less.
