Starting with FSR 3.1, AMD is separating frame generation from image upscaling. This means that older GPUs from Nvidia as well as Intel's Arc GPUs can now benefit from frame generation in select games.

Great work by AMD, this will be very useful for handheld consoles and low-priced laptops.
I'm looking forward to seeing the new ultrabooks with Zen 5, which according to what they say in computer forums, Intel won't be able to beat this year.
