According to a comprehensive study that involved following over 25,000 women over a 25-year period, those who had eating habits in line with a Mediterranean diet were 23% less likely to die compared to those leading a different life from this point of view. This diet keeps processed foods, alcohol, and red meat to a minimum.

You do realize these are two completely separate things, right? The former statement is regarding the Harvard study and the latter is related to data from some random website. Maybe don't be so quick to jump to *RaCiSm*!! which isn't doing the fight against racism any favors.

Most, yes, but anorexia/bulimia could be considered diets, and some people seem to subsist on sweets and soft drinks.

What if you address my point instead of trying to divert from it? Hispanics can have several races including whites.

So let's focus a bit on the 25-year-old study. You say it's racism because they only included white and non-Hispanics. Then you can see in the article that we are talking about healthcare professionals who had to track some parameters, take some measurements, and then write up reports. Did it go through your mind that there weren't simply not enough Asian/Black/Hispanic/and so on candidates?

Regarding the first part, the statistics from that "random website" confirm to a certain degree that the Mediterranean diet works...

You had a point? Guess I missed it due to you just throwing "racism" around without actually *saying* anything, then providing two separate, totally unrelated quotes to show your "point." If you make an actual point, and are clear on what it is you're saying, I'd be happy to address it.
