Beloved Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak needs no introduction. Recently, he spoke with Bloomberg, where he expressed his excitement as well as concerns surrounding Apple's latest AI-powered Apple Intelligence features, which the company introduced with the intention of giving a much needed AI boost to its array of operating systems and user experiences.

In any case, the "unmatch" would be in comparison to the bleak competitive landscape in consumer electronics and AI: it's either Microsoft Windows or Google's ChromeOS when speaking of computers, and only Android on the phones.

The claim is not exactly difficult to achieve, but we, the consumers should demand much more!

AI is not only available in the currently hyped NPU forms but, for consumers, can also be available on chips (such as dGPUs) and by softwares chosen by the user. Therefore, e.g., Linux is another option and Windows can be used strictly configuered (in particular, without all the Copilot+).

Indeed. But considering our reliance on personal computing, I'd rather place my trust in Apple than MSFT and the like. (Linux folks, please hold back your fiery comments lol)
