Lemfofit Lem 3 smartwatch purports to pack ECG and blood glucose sensing for under $50

Lemfofit claims that its latest wearable can deliver some of the most premium smartwatch features out there right now for a fraction of the usual price. They include body composition, "automatic" temperature and non-invasive blood glucose monitoring in addition to ECG and cardiac anomaly detection. It has debuted at about 30% of its supposed RRP.

I made the mistake of purchasing the Lem 3 for $54.95 with the optional leather band on March 14 and received it April 6. Was missing one of the pins that hold the band on but it also came with the black band so I used a pin from that. Had a small round defect on the display that you could see when the display was off but didn't affect the image when on. The sleep monitoring stopped working after a month and the heart rate only only works for a few minutes after restarting or powering off and on again.  Contacted Lemfofit by email multiple times and by chat on their website and no response from them at all.
They had also sent me a link to Judge.com to leave feedback but the link was no good and when I went to the Judge.com website there were no feedback from anyone about Lemfofit there so I guess the link didn't work for anyone else either.
Very disappointed with Lemfofit and their product. Defective watch and they won't honor their warranty or even respond.
