The supposed RAM amounts for the Sony Xperia 1 VI, Sony Xperia 5 VI, and Sony Xperia 10 VI have leaked. Unsurprisingly, there don't seem to be any shocks in store for future owners of the next-generation Xperia smartphones. There is a rumor that the Sony Xperia 1 VI will be announced in May and released in June of this year.
