Xiaomi has unveiled the Watch H1, its first smartwatch that can serve as a wrist-based blood pressure monitor. Arguably a competitor to the Huawei Watch D, the Xiaomi Watch H1 can also take ECGs, measure skin temperature and function as a regular smartwatch.
