Garmin brings numerous improvements to multiple smartwatches with latest update

Garmin has released a new beta update to the Instinct 2 series, bringing them up to v14 builds. Rolling out as Beta Version 14.05, the update contains various changes, with nearly a dozen for all eligible smartwatches.

Yet, they stubbornly refuse to update a simple conversion to kilojoules (forcing all non-US residents to use Calories even though all food labels outside  of the US use kilojoules).
