The Galaxy Tab S10+ proves to be a solid further development compared to the Galaxy Tab S9 Plus, but nothing more. The stagnation of the OLED display and the choice of SoC for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus raise questions about the future of the tablet sector.

"Samsung needs to focus on higher brightness and more eye-friendly PWM dimming in the next generation"

No, they need to focus on pricing.
The current pricing of Samsung tablets (and products portfolio in general) is ridiculous.

Many good tablet (Oneplus pad 2, Honor magic pad2 for instance) offer pretty much the same thing for almost half the price.

Samsung is having delusions of grandeur, thinking they can pull an Apple on luxury pricing.
But currently only Apple, thanks to it's cult followers and social status marker, can offer to do that.

Samsungs pricing seems to be more based on perceived value and customer retention via upgrades that building its customer base.  The high price is a barrier to entry for new customer but when combined with good trade in values and discounts it makes very attractive upgrades for existing customers who can move to the latest / greatest for a fraction of retail pricing.  The the trade-ins are refurbished and sold again.

The only thing that matters is the pwm. As long as it has such a cheap, low and unhealthy PWM, it's unusable to a chunk of the population and it's hurtful/risky to everyone.
