First price drop  was a week ago... it was sold for 899$ on sony site with bundle. ive ordered it at that time

The 5 series are the smaller version of the 1 series. The larger 1 IV was released as well. Fortunately Sony still sells 2 sizes since not everyone likes the heavy large Ultra phones.
