Rad Power Bikes has revealed the RadTrike 1, the company's first electric tricycle. The e-trike can handle loads up to 415 lbs (~188 kg) and travel at speeds up to 14 mph (~22.5 kph). The US model will launch early next year with a half-twist throttle; a less powerful pedelec version could launch in Europe in 2024.
