Leaked AMD RDNA 3 Navi 31 die shot confirms first ever GPU chiplet design hours before the official announcement

The chiplet area is estimated to measure around 533 mm², whereas the entire package would be 2612 mm². Each of the six MCDs come with some amount of Infinity Cache, but the exact specs will be unveiled later today.
