He, the West, Western society, has something to lose. Putin has nothing to lose, as well as completely fallen Russia, the majority of its population, which never lived well due to their own stupidity and resignation to fate and because of this was embittered at the whole world after the collapse of the USSR, as the losing side. All this was clear many years ago. Many years ago, the smart part of humanity had no doubt that the West would eventually turn into a ditch in this confrontation. Yesterday it finally happened. The consequences of the moral fall of the West (which began with the fall of the USSR, when the Western authorities, especially the United States, instead of stopping immoral (further) lending (life on credit under the Ponzi scheme) and which really helped win the Cold War, i.e. was good tactical tool, but not a strategic one, continued the immoral credit pumping of their population at the expense of the outside world and thereby increased, rather than reduced, social inequality on the planet.Because after decades of such pumping, a whole class of people accustomed to living in such conditions has formed and it has become that political force , with the collapse of the standard of living, which would inevitably overthrow the political leadership and the establishment of the West, which was at the time of the collapse of the USSR in the 90s of the 20th century. That is, it was already then the moral cowardice of the leadership of Western countries, the political stratum, upon the adoption a difficult decision to move away from fatal lending to the population and return everything to a fair life without increasing debts. Let it be poorer, but honest and showing the whole world around the right path to a just civilization, people living righteously. Let it be not rich, ascetic (and what is funny - now the Western authorities are just calling the population to an ascetic lifestyle already forcedly, but having found a scapegoat before that), but more or less stable all over the planet. Of course, I will not write here about the problem of excess population, because it in itself brings civilization independently to collapse (due to the constant reduction of the productive layer of the population on the planet). But in this case, we are talking about the forerunner of what the inaction of Western societies has now resulted in in the 90s of the 20th century, when it was necessary to urgently change the obviously vicious economic model.
As a result, almost all "developed" Western countries today have a monstrous long-exceeding annual GDP and often also a negative trade balance. Western countries are no longer able to pay their debts in money (according to the purchasing power at the time of obtaining a loan, i.e. the purchase of debt obligations of this country) with low inflation - this will lead to social collapse (already led) and the collapse of their kleptocracies / plutocracies . Therefore, in order to get out, they dispersed inflation almost to the level of hyperinflation, burning debts along the way. And this is possible because the debts due to stupidity (rather corruption) of developing countries, their leadership (and the population choosing it) were given just in the money of the West, and not in gold or other stable currency, independent of the "printing presses" of the West. Before the start of this corps de ballet, it was necessary to carry out totalitarian transformations in societies (for greater control of the kleptocracy over the population) and give the primary impetus to start accelerating inflation. In order, they came up with a scam with covid. When this scam provided certain restrictions on the rights and freedoms of the population, necessary for the kleptocracies of the West, gave the final impetus to the acceleration of inflation (which was already inevitable anyway in the mass of QE thrown into the market and gradually seeping into real economies), we moved on to the next stage - the collapse of markets and standard of living of the population, anyway, sooner or later would have happened in an uncontrolled stage. And in order to prevent the anger of the crowd from turning into the collapse of the ruling circles of the West, as is usually done in such cases, they channeled it to an external enemy, blaming all problems on him. Here, the Russian authoritarian tyrant Putin just successfully approached (well, authoritarian Xi in China to the heap, like the next portion). The United States and its allies have been preparing for this since the spring of 2021, skillfully psychologically insulting the tyrant Putin - as a "murderer" in public, at the level of the President of the United States. The withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan was a necessary step, because. The United States would not have pulled two wars at the same time (especially given the large-scale corruption in the defense sector and the corrupt officials associated with them).

But taking into account the fact that Russia, as a country and the population (which is servilely submissive) have become pariahs, they really have nothing to lose. The Germans behaved approximately the same way in the 20-30s of the 20th century, after the defeat in the First World War. What is the difference with them? Yes, in fact, in nothing, except for one key thing - the Germans then and Hitler did not have nuclear weapons (more precisely, they did not manage to do it until 1945), but Putin does. And there is no reception against scrap (Russian proverb). As soon as he hinted this weekend that he was ready for a nuclear attack, the West, in the person of Musk, immediately surrendered on terms favorable to Moscow (and the West, of course, he survives) and began to explain to Ukrainians that it is not regrettable, but to live everyone wants, because they (Ukrainians) are forced to come to terms with the role of a sacred victim in the name of the life of Western civilization. This can lead to the fact that support for Ukraine will be gradually eliminated, and the Ukrainians themselves, having understood what was done to them, can become a new terrorist force much more serious for the planet than the Arab movement and all sorts of Taliban. But apparently the West, with the victim of Ukraine that arose on the site of this moral surrender and the transformation of its most staunch defenders into global terrorists, hopes to somehow cope with time. Time will tell how correct their (the West's) assumptions are. The main thing for the West now is to gain valuable time to regroup and reformat society, besides, Putin's accomplices are also not particularly eager to die with their families in a nuclear fire. Those. everything goes to the moral sacrifice (once publicly declared principles) of the West in the name of its own survival. This gives Putin and his aged confidants time, he hopes, to live out the rest of his life, continuing to rule in the new version of the DPRK or, if you like, the Neo-USSR. The situation is unique in that it is fundamentally unsolvable without the moral sacrifice of one of the parties. Naturally, this sacrifice will be forced to be made by the side that has something to lose compared to the enemy. The West will make this sacrifice. And its elite (kleptocracy / plutocracy) hopes that the principal part of its society, civilly conscious, will endure this terrible moment and gradually everything will be forgotten (as it always was in moments of the moral collapse of society) with the change of generations. In principle, a large, parasitic, part of Western society is morally ready for such a betrayal of certain principles. Life is always more precious than principles, right?
