BMW recalls small number of i4 and iX electric vehicles over concerns of battery fires

BMW North America is recalling a small number of i4 sedans and iX SUVs over potential concerns of battery fires. The company said that it is proactively reaching out to affected customers and has advised them not to charge or drive these vehicles until the battery is freely replaced by the dealer.
