Samsung SDI is looking at Michigan and Illinois to build a battery plant for Stellantis electric vehicles, while LG has already chosen Ontario for its battery joint venture with the carmaker. An electric Jeep and Dodge RAM 1500, as well as a Wrangler Magneto concept have been teased so far, but Stellantis plans to have 75 EV models by 2030.
