Nach Canalys prognostiziert nun auch IDC, dass der weltweite Markt für faltbare Smartphones und Klapp-Handys geradezu explodieren wird. Die Absatzzahlen für Foldables mit Flip- oder Fold-Formfaktor sollen um mehr als 264 Prozent steigen. Samsung ist offenbar der Antreiber für diesen weltweiten Trend für klapp- und faltbare Smartphones.
