I am looking for a smartphone that supports Galileo GNSS. I am surprised to see this review accepts that the Pocophone F1 doesn't, without any mention of it. Especially so, compared to your 11/01/2017 Huawei Mate 10 Pro Smartphone Review, when Galileo was barely functional.

However, its Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC does support Galileo and there are plenty of sites and users that confirm Pocophone F1 actually supports Galileo, despite specifications not always admit so.

Can you, please, shed some light to the mystery?

I bought one after weighing up the pros and cons and reading the reviews, like this one.  It's a Stella upgrade from my old phone a Moto G5, sure the screen isn't top spec but the power you get for the money (I got the 128 standard for less at £300) you can't knock, and it breezes through anything I've thrown at it. (the fact that it starts it about 1/4 of the time already save me)  Thanks for the review as always its very in-depth.

My F1 has been running crDroid since day one and it has been a fine experience 2.5 years later. Except for the battery but that could be perhaps to due to the heavy use, 630 battery cycles used up in the first 19 months causing battery capacity to fall below 80%. Since then I have enabled bypass charging which should help prolong battery longevity. Original battery is obscenely expensive. Currently at 73% health and still getting under 9%/h active drain while browsing over 4G indoors.
