After hiking the prices of its most popular Model 3 and Model Y electric vehicles, Tesla no longer qualifies for California's Clean Vehicle Rebate Project subsidy with them. Buyers who ordered their Model 3 or Model Y before, or on March 15, will still be able to apply for the US$2000 rebate, though.
