Get Amped for GTC 2020, according to NVIDIA. Rescheduled for May 14, CEO Jensen Huang previously stated that the event would not disappoint. The company is expected to announce its first Ampere GPUs, the next-generation successors to the RTX 20 series and the Turing architecture.

Who even uses Windows 7 nowdays? Of course it won't support Windows 7. Both RTX and DLSS requires latest DirectX which is only available in Windows 10.
