Xiaomi RedmiBook 13: Intel Comet Lake and 89% screen-to-body ratio MacBook Pro rip-off launches, prices start at ~US$597

The Redmi K30 may be one the most talked-about devices to have launched today, but Xiaomi also showcased something else that may whet your appetite. Teased before the Redmi K30 event, the new RedmiBook 13 features Intel Comet Lake processors, an NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU and slim display bezels. The device starts at 4,199 yuan (~US$597) and goes on sale this Thursday.

No 16GB RAM configuration? That's a shame.

I was able to get HP EliteBook 745 G6 with Ryzen 3500U here is China for around 5k RMB (SEG Market, Shenzhen).

Why they don't offer 16gb RAM configuration??
Xiaomi Air 13 has max only 8gb RAM, and now Redmi is going the same way...
Other specs looks so good, but for me personally 8gb RAM is a deal breaker
