Just to make a slight comment here.
You are mentioning that the camera "can shoot at 32.5MP with a crop of up to 1.6x".
This is incorrect. It's not "up to".
Canon's APS-C sensor has a 1.6 crop factor compared to Full Frame (other brands, like Sony and Fujifilm, use a 1.5 crop factor for their APS-C sensors).
Apart from the sensor being smaller, a crop factor should be taken into account e.g. when trying to determine the actual focal length of a lens.
E.g. a 35mm lens on a Canon APS-C camera, is in fact 35x1.6= 56mm FF equivalent (which is going towards the portrait category).
Up to around 30mm FF equivalent can be seen as wide angle. 35 till around 50mm FF equivalent is close to our own FoV (Field of View).
For a camera without IBIS or OIS lens, one should calculate the minimum shutter speed based on the full frame equivalent.
