Hello i have 46% free ram in idle mode
I have no junk installt my windows is 2 weeks old and now freeramxp says it has 46% free ram is that normal in windows? the only programm i have running is e_powering from acer and realtec hd audio and ati catalyst in system tray.

depends on how much ram you have installed. if you got 512mb it could be possible.

i have 1gb drr2 ram 533

just look in the taksmanager, under tasks which tasks take up that much memory
