under my notebook by the fan are little holes but behind it is a plastic paper so it dont sucks air in it is this normal? its black and shiny.

i cant make a foto now but i already removed it and replaced it by a filter just as my brothers notebook wich is new also (maybe its a new technology) but i can place it back any time.
i place a foto next week.
