i have a x1660mobility 128mb core 440 / mem 375
when i set the mem to 450 and set core to find max core it goes above 600 then i stopped i was afraid it wil frie.
is this normal?
btw i have a notebook cooler.
you could be lucky, increase th clocks only a little bit and then try to run superpi and 3dmark benchmarks to see if it runs stable. but be careful - you can fry your gpu by overclocking it.
ill try
why notebooks have no thermal control in the gpu it should be.
i had it run again it finds 1 artifact at 611 core clock
and 460 mem clock
bios clock : 440/375
max clock : 611/460
what clock you prefer to test with 3dmark 06
i acready testet 500/460 it was stable an i got 1648
normally i have 1450
what clock you prefer to test with 3dmark 06?
puh overclocking isn't my resort, but there are special overclocking websites that can help you with that. i always use standard clocks.
