I know this forum leans tech, but I'm hoping someone here also happens to be a pool owner or maintenance enthusiast. I'm currently in the market for a solid telescoping swimming pool pole (https://www.protuffproducts.com/product/telescopic-pool-pole/) and could really use some recommendations.
Most of the ones I've used either bend under pressure or have finicky locking mechanisms that wear out quickly. I'm looking for something durable, ideally made from aluminum or fiberglass, with smooth extension and a reliable locking system.
Anyone here have experience with a brand or model that stands out? I'm open to smart or tech-enhanced versions too if they exist!
