Post by: Redaktion on March 12, 2025, 14:34:24
Whoop's fitness and health tracking wearables can now estimate your VO2 Max. The algorithm draws on a wide range of data points, including tracked activity and recovery. The VO2 Max estimate is updated weekly in the Whoop app, where users are also able to view trends over time.

How can it computes accurately if I do not use the gps. I cycle on a smart trainer and it does not even record the power from my workout. Right now it is telling me that my VO2 max is 8 points higher than my Garmin.
