Rumours of the death of MSRP have been greatly exaggerated. AMD has finally spoken out about alleged MSRP increases following the massively popular launch of the RX 9070 series GPUs.

"MSRP pricing (excluding region specific tariffs and/or taxes) will continue to be encouraged,"

Umm...thats not msrp...so, in other words, the 549/599 "msrp" in the united states and elsewhere "dont count" and is "excluded". Aka, the "msrp price" is a lie. That lie, then immediately followed up with "will continue to be encouraged". "Encouraged" does not mean "enforced"

So, what im hearing is "yes 549/599 is totally msrp. But not for you. Also we are not actually going to enforce it. We will just ask companies to sell it at msrp. But not really. See guys! Our msrp is real!". What a load of bs. Its amazing how they can tell 2 seperate lies in the same sentence and think thats "damage control". Even more amazing is the people who actually believe it.

They may be in high demand but even if there is a bigger stock, I for one won't buy it at whatever jacked price they put it. Enough is enough, sick of these companies messing with the consumer.
