Title: NuPhy Kick75 mechanical keyboard promises full-size or low-profile switch options as "world's first hybrid mechanical keyboard"
Post by: Redaktion on January 16, 2025, 04:45:31
NuPhy recently teased the Kick75, a 75% mechanical keyboard that offers the option to swap between low-profile and full-height mechanical switches — something it claims to be a world first. The Kick75 also features some interesting aesthetics, with a lightly frosted transparent PC case and a bright red volume knob.

Seems unlikely. Would be a cool feature, though. If it were a QMK board, you could probably do DIY it somehow. That said, there's the Tex Shinobi (https://tex.com.tw/products/shinobi), which is basically just a mechanical ThinkPad keyboard. There are also very cool projects with similar ideas on the r/ErgoMechKeyboards and r/MechanicalKeyboards subs on Reddit. Might get pricey there, though...
