Title: Fireproof lithium solid-state battery developed
Post by: Redaktion on January 05, 2025, 05:40:17
High energy density meets increased risk of explosion. This applies to many batteries with a solid polymer electrolyte, namely solid-state batteries. A new development aims to change this without compromising on the advantages.

From the same country that claimed they developed a room temperature superconductor...  The only REAL progress in EV batteries come from one country, China.  All else are hoaxes!

Yeah, we know. SS batteries are amazing. But I've noticed that this article does not even try to mention how commercially viable/feasible it is to manufacture this specific iteration. So I am guessing the answer is super expensive.
