The superlight Latitude 13 series gets new 14th gen Meteor Lake-U processor options to be AI and Co-Pilot ready. Other small touches include a higher resolution 5 MP webcam which addresses one of the drawbacks of the original Latitude 13 7340 design.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Core-Ultra-5-135U-performance-debut-Dell-Latitude-13-7350-laptop-review.851245.0.html
Should've equipped it with the 135H & Arc 8. Fail.
No, it should be with an AMD 7840U, which is +40% faster with the same PL1=18W.
Intel sells outright garbage at exponentially inflated prices, just like Dell, which uses this garbage in its garbage laptops.
The maximum real price of this laptop at the demonstrated level of performance and noise is 2 times lower than what the greedy Dell wants.
The question of the day is what prevented and is preventing AMD from requesting 5 times more space at TSMC for the production of Zen4 Phoenix, when Intel recently proved with Meteor Lake/Lunar Lake that the problems with reserving TSMC capacity are many times greater than those reserved by AMD (despite the fact that Intel now also has cache problems), they don't.
Pure proof that AMD does not want to expand its market share in the x86 market on purpose. The question remains - why? In a supposedly officially "market economy"...
I would never buy an Intel Core Ultra 5 135U and another of the problems of this laptop is its graphics that are impossible to render CAD, CAM and even less 3D games and of course let's not talk about AAA games because of the 4-core Intel iGPU graphics ( Arc).
One wonders why the Ultralight variant is $200 less.

Wrong.

Wrong.
It is wrong, of course, but you are replying to a literal bot (Minisforum's and AMD's shill).
