Hello
FYI I am not able to obtain widevine L1 on a brand new Lenovo Tab M8 (4th Gen) 2024.
- The device has not been rooted
- Bootloader not unlocked
- Directly purschased from Lenovo
- App play store, play services, system & security updates done
- Still not getting L1 after a full factory reset
The certification may have been present in the past and dropped (unsure as this is a new device, I didn't test the previous updates).
Model : TB301FU - 4GB RAM / 128GB Storage / Wifi only
System Version : 240527_ROW (latest as of today)

Reflections from something behind the author, same would be visible under that angle if the tablet was turned off completely. Unless you mean that the bezel is also a part of the display panel: https://imgur.com/L4yvbo7 (https://imgur.com/L4yvbo7)
