I just got it on Steam for free as advertised. What's your geographic location? I'm USA, maybe the discount is geolocked?

They have prices listed bug once you visit the game page, £0.00.

I just claimed both games for free.  I'm in the USA.

It did glitch a couple times before Riptide would come up to add to my library though.
