Qualcomm have officially lost the plot. SD 8 gen 3 is already a farce like SD 815. These are large tablet power draws. SD 8 gen 3 throttles like there's no tomorrow and makes the Exynos 2400 look good. 8 Gen 4 would plumb new lows.
