This article is incorrect. I don't think that Lenovo ever claimed that this dock can "recharge a laptop at up to 100 W with a compatible power supply"
You have likely misread the specs. Supporting 100W PD input does not mean that it supports 100W PD output.
There is no link in the source. There is no exact "Part Number" of this device to find it on PSREF.

In the footnotes of its press release, Lenovo stated the dock is capable of the following:
100W USB-C charger included provides 65W power delivery. To achieve 100W power delivery requires an optional Lenovo 135W USB-C power adapter.Hope that helps.
