How the hell can an ultra low power APU be "workstation" class? The cpu will never be competitive with a HX variant due to power constraints. It's like fitting a V8 to a Corolla and limiting it to 100kW and saying it's a race car.
Having 28(pl1) ~60(pl2) wattage it's not a low-power CPU, albeit it's not 55/150 TDP. In many demanding workloads, it performs about as well as HX, and it does have 64GB of RAM.
