Title: Apple seemingly acknowledges iPhone 15 Pro duo overheating issues and promises a software fix

The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, both powered by the new A17 Pro chipset, have been beset by egregious overheating issues. Apple appears to have acknowledged the situation, though, and has now promised fixes in the form of software updates.

I guess they'll simply lower the clock speed and/or voltage of the CPU/GPU.
