At a time when gaming laptops with these specs are running for twice that price, MSI just issued a GE66 deal that sees the RTX 3080 Ti-laden machine with 240Hz QHD display and 32GB RAM at less than $1400. MSI also throws in a GH20 gaming headset and mouse pad freebies.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Deal-Amazing-MSI-gaming-laptop-price-nets-RTX-3080-Ti-240Hz-QHD-display-32GB-RAM-for-US-1390-with-free-gifts-and-no-sales-tax.713349.0.html
Do not see this deal for 1400$ on MSI site . Could find only 1999$ for the same configuration.
It would be an okay deal if not every MSI notebook I had ended up frying. And I didn't even overclock
I mean it is no surprise they generally score the worst or amongst the worst on the satisfaction surveys pretty much every year
Dust is gathering thick on these dated units, eh?
The same price that the 4080 config unit should be today and they might just shift better numbers for this dying segment.
This current-gen of gamers are definitely not like the enthusiasts-gen 20+ years ago that would purchase a $6K+ DTR (Sager, etc.) that just the mobile so-called flagship GPUs then were $1K a pop.
For whatever reason, these OEMs (probably at the aged now of retirement) still think those ancient days and prices are still relevant today. Boy are they super wrong!
Catch a clue already.
Dear Sir,
Can you please send me the details of the site/link where the sale is on regarding the above model.
Rgds.,
